My recent stay at Kristel was quite an enjoyable culinary journey. The hotel had a comfortable atmosphere that instantly made me feel at ease, perfect for a food enthusiast like me. While breakfast was simple-omelettes, poached eggs, olives, and cheese-it set a solid foundation for the day. I do wish they had fresh coffee instead of instant, though you can get a decent espresso at the bar if you're willing to pay for it. The ambiance was sophisticated with candlelight flickering on the tables, creating a pleasant setting for an evening of traditional European cuisine. The attentive service made all the difference, ensuring that I felt cared for throughout the meal. While the hotel shows signs of age, the cleanliness and friendly staff were commendable. It was a plus that they accommodated my request for two rooms for three adults, which is often hard to find. I left with a memorable dining experience, and I believe fellow food enthusiasts would appreciate the offerings here.
